无锡永兴机械制造有限公司新厂现座落在无锡著名风景名胜灵山大佛相距十多公里的胡埭经济工业园,占地十五亩,建筑面积一万二千平米,员工总人数一百二十五人。是制造各种涡轮增压器压气机叶轮的专业化生产企业。数十年来,永兴人始终坚持“质量第一,追求卓越,光大双盈品牌;用户至上,优质服务,塑造永兴形象”的质量方针,锲而不舍的致力于产品质量的提高。

永兴新厂规划有铸造铝叶轮毛坯生产车间,铸造铝叶轮成品金加工车间及全铣削铝叶轮车间。

铸造铝叶轮车间占地7000平米,规划有生产线4条,设计生产能力年产400万只。永兴除了采用进口加拿大的力拓铝作为浇铸毛坯铝叶轮的原材料,还引进使用德国产光谱仪和热分析仪来实现炉前的过程控制以保证铝液质量达标后再投入生产。

在工艺手段上,占永兴员工队伍总人数13%的技改队伍(其中高级工程师2人,工程师4人,技师3人,技工6人),力挺着永兴的工程工艺和技术层面上的系统持续改进。现在,全永兴自我设计自我制作的半自动多工位多功能压叶轮石膏模转盘生产线及摆动式多工位多功能低压及抽真空压叶轮浇铸机通过几年的研制已在我永兴新厂下线运行。可以自豪地说,当您走进永兴新厂的叶轮铸造车间,进入您眼帘的工艺装备大都是永兴人的自我武装---永兴制造!

永兴制造的设备经济高效地制造出为众多客户所欢迎的性价比最优的增压器压叶轮!

除压叶轮生产制作石膏模和浇铸叶轮二道关键工序,其他辅助工序永兴同样自我武装了经济合理环保的自动半自动设备。石膏模壳的破碎是在消音吸尘的空间里进行,破碎下来的废石膏直接落到地下室由皮带输送到车间外废料斗里转运出去。工件则会在半自动多工位的专用设备上被割鼻头去毛刺。永兴唯一遗憾的是对叶轮的外观检验还是以人力为主的检验方式,用电子眼睛代替人眼正是永兴必须解决的课题,亟待永兴人努力去实现!

我们通过多年的实验,得到的论证结果是圆形的井式铝合金固融炉比方形的脱底式铝合金固融炉更容易控制炉内温度的均匀一致,满载工作温差仅在三度以内,从而更适合铝合金家族成员的铝制压叶轮的固融处理,它能让铝叶轮的固融过程更充份到位。

永兴采用了自动干喷砂和自动水喷砂二种工艺手段来对叶轮表面进行处理,以适应不同的产品要求。

永兴采用的全自动的无损荧光探伤设备,实现了多快好省的目标,既提高了产能,又节约了人员,更有效地防止了叶轮由铸造缺陷导致的失效隐患。

探伤后的叶轮再经过一次目检,铸造压叶轮的毛坯生产线已完成。完成后的毛坯可以直接打包入库转发给各用户单位,也可以按照客户的要求机加完成后再行出厂。机加车间占地制九百平米,我们使用的台湾产奥柯玛车床和德国产动平衡机以及日本产三座标测量仪同样能保证机加出性价比最优的成品压叶轮!

铸有永兴标志的压叶轮将带着永兴人赋予的使命被装入国内外各种乘用车、商用车和工程机械,实现永兴人为社会为时代服务的宗旨!

然而,永兴人的理想并非到此为止,永兴人已着手尝试全铣削叶轮的工艺,第一台德国产的五轴铣已在安装调试,虽然这台设备主要是为制作叶轮模具服务,但在积累一定操作经验后,永兴预留的三千平米场地将会引进更高端有效的五轴铣加工设备,为汽油发动机增压器提供同样是性价比最优的商品叶轮!

Wuxi Yongxing Machinery Co., Ltd new plant is located in Hudai economic industrial park, which is more than ten kilometres far away from Wuxi famous scenery Lingshan Buddha. New plant’s area of structure is 12000 square metres and have 125 employees. It is a professional manufacturer of turbocharger compressor wheel. Over years, yongxing people always insist on the quality principle of ”Quality first, pursuit excellence and carry forward winwin brand; Customer first, best service and establish yongxing image”and persist on the improvement of product quality.
New plant develop new casting aluminum workshop, impeller products metal processing workshop and milling impeller workshop.
New casting aluminum workshop cover an area of 7000 square meters with 4 production lines. Its production capability is 4 million pieces per year. Yongxing take Rio Tinto aluminum from Canada for raw material and use spectrograph and heat analyzer made in Germany to ensure the quality of aluminum liquid.
New plant has a technical team which is accounts for 13% of yongxing total stuff (senior engineer 2 persons, engineer 4 persons, technologist 3 persons and mechanic 6 persons), the team supports the continuous improvement of yongxing’s engineer process and technology system. Now, a semi-automatic multistation and multifunction plaster mold turntable production line and swing multistation and multifunction low pressure vacuumize impeller casting machine has put into use after several years’s study, which are designed and constructed all by yongxing itself. We can say proudly that when you walk into new plant casting workshop, what you can see are mostly self-armament of yongxing, that is called Yongxing Manufacture!
Yongxing’s facility can produce superior cost performance and welcomed compressor wheels economically and effectively!
 Besides, other assist processes use automatic and semi-automatic equipments equally. Plaster mold smashing is done in a room which is sound-proof and dust collection, plaster waste drop to basement and be carried to dust car to outside. Work pieces will be cut noses and burring in dedicated device. The only regret of yongxing is that the appearance inspection of impellers can only be manual, use electron eyes to take place human eyes is a big task need to be implemented.
After years of test, we found that rounded well type aluminum melting furnace is easier to control furnace temperature be uniformity than squared bottom type aluminum melting furnace, its full load work temperature difference is only within 3 degrees Celsius, it can make melting more sufficient and more fit for aluminum impeller melting.
Yongxing use automatic dry sandblasting and automatic water spray sandblasting to process impeller surface to satisfy different product requirements.
Yongxing’s automatic undamaged flurescent penetrant inspection facility can improve capability and save personnel, prevent failure risk caused by casting defects.
After visual inspection, impeller workblank production is completed. Then they are packaged and sent to our customers or can be machined according to customer’s requirement. Machining workshop is 900 square metres and we use aucma lathe made in Taiwan, dynamic balancer made in Germany and CMM made in Japan to ensure superior cost performance products.
Impellers with yongxing mark will be put into PV, CV and engineering machine at home and abroad, realizing the aim of serve for society and age of yongxing!
However, yongxing’s dream never stops. Yongxing has tried milling process, first five-axis machining center made in Germany has installed. This equipment is used for molding but after operation experience, we will introduce more effective five-axis machining machine in yongxing 3000 square meters site.

At the basis of ISO9001:2000 quality management system cerification, we got ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality management system cetification in 11, 2007 and got ISO/TS16949:2009 re-certificated in 11, 2010. We now carry out GB/T24001:2004” Environmental management system requirements and guidelines” and GB/T28001-2011” Occupational health and safety management system specification” and will got certificated in 2015. Our management level is connecting with Europe advanced management level. We will use international management ideas and methods and advanced impeller process technology and facility to improve our management level and product quality, and we will continue improve to satisfy increasing demands of customers.
